Dan S. Fairman, MD
A graduate of Dartmouth College, Dr. Fairman received his M.D. from St. Louis University School of Medicine and then completed Internal Medicine residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center. He served in the National Public Health Corps and since then has been in private practice both in Internal Medicine and in Emergency Medicine. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, and has been a Clinical Instructor in Medicine for the University of Washington since 1998. In 2014 he was appointed a Clinical Assistant Professor in Medicine. He was elected a Fellow of the American College of Physicians in 2015, and continues to be active in medical staff leadership.
